Jack competed at the Global Destination Imagination event May 21-24 in Knoxville, Tennessee. His team (Senor Pantelones) competed in the "Obstacles, Of Course" problem. They had to do a skit that involved overcoming obstacles, and also create a vehicle that navigated an obstacle course. His team finished 24th out of about 50 teams at the high school level, but on the "Instant Challenge" (a improvised problem-solving task) his team placed 4th in the world! Kathy, Pete, Emily, and Andrew were there to cheer Jack on. Twas fun!
